Payment
No, the price listed for our tours and shuttles is the final price you pay. We do not charge any additional fees or fuel surcharges. Taxes are already included in the price.

You don’t need to have a printed receipt to show the tour guide. However, you will need to show your ID that matches your reservation, and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after making your reservation.

All individuals and groups associated with Budget Charters events are eligible for our services and rates. Our services and rates are final.
Reservation
If you need to cancel your tour, please call us at least 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours, you will be charged a $35 termination fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour or if you do not show up.
